Soft Skills Standard Assessment
Personality has always been investigated in order to explore and examine in depth the various aspects of people’s life. In this regard, one of the most utilized models for the study of personality is that of the Big Five (McCrae & Costa, 1997). The assessment on soft skills, hereinafter in its standard version, is based precisely on the theory of the Big Five and represents the first step for an in-depth study of the main personality traits. It is used as an entry tool for a structured assessment process and it helps to have a clear idea of how people are distributed on these five areas.
The questionnaire analyzes the following soft skills: Emotional Stability, Energy, Friendliness, Open-mindedness and Responsibility.
