With the advent of the pandemic, there has been a shift from a prevailing “working at the office” to a hybrid “home/office” type of work. The change has led to favoring quality over quantity and, moreover, we have moved from being managed to knowing how to manage ourselves, workloads and relationships with other people. This questionnaire provides a detailed analysis of the soft skills that determine the fundamental asset of remote working.
